Accessibility & Neurodiversity Advisory
The Dealers’ Den is a lively and bustling area committed to be an accessible environment for all our attendees. We provide priority access for people who use wheelchairs and manually-powered mobility aids such as walkers, crutches, canes, and other similar devices.
However, the Dealers' Den can sometimes result in crowded conditions, elevated noise levels, and various scents. This can cause discomfort, particularly for neurodivergent individuals who may be sensitive to sensory stimuli.
If you are in need of assistance or find the ambiance overwhelming, you have multiple options:
- Reach out to one of the members of the Dealers' Den Team or Security who are there to assist you in a discreet and efficient manner.
- Alternatively, you can head to the Dealers' Den Help Desk for guidance and support. It’s located near the entrance, in the “EF” section of the Dealers’ Den.
For those seeking a calmer shopping experience, we have the following tips:
- If you have registered as a Sponsor or Super Sponsor, take advantage of the early access hours exclusive to Sponsors and Super Sponsors.
- Consider visiting the Dealers’ Den during the last hour of the opening times listed on this page. We've observed that the Dealers' Den tends to be less crowded during the last opening hour of the day.
As an attendee, please be mindful and avoid behavior that can negatively affect the experience of people in the Dealers’ Den. Examples of respectful behavior include giving others enough personal space when possible, and not making loud noises that might cause discomfort to others.
